Free Upstairs Delivery & Sign-Off:
Consolidated goods are delivered and signed for upstairs for free, provided there is direct elevator access, free parking, and a hand pallet truck can directly push the goods into the elevator. Goods delivery to door only serves up to the unit entrance and does not enter the unit.
Handling Fee Policy:
1. Any single side of a single item measures 1.8 meters or more.
2. Actual weight of a single item reaches 40KG or more.
3. Total weight of the consolidation order exceeds 100KG (except in industrial/commercial areas).
If any of the above criteria is exceeded, the entire order must be handed over to the customer at the curbside downstairs. If passage through stairways is required to reach the elevator lobby, upstairs delivery is not included. If upstairs delivery is required, an upstairs handling fee will be charged.

Volume Calculation Method:
Length x Width x Height ÷ 6000 (unit: cm) = KG
1. Dimensions 30x50x60÷6000=15kg, if the actual scale weight is 10kg, the system will charge based on the volumetric weight of 15kg.
2. Dimensions 30x50x60÷6000=15kg, if the actual scale weight is 20kg, the system will charge based on the actual weight of 20kg.
3. Exempt volume size 12x18x59=2.2kg weight 1kg (If the sum of three sides is less than 90cm, volumetric weight is not calculated, charged at 1kg).
A maximum of 60 express tracking numbers can be submitted in one consolidation order.
